On the record

What customers say

Emergency Rooter Services's Google reviews describe the same few things over and over: the phone gets answered — nights and weekends included — the truck shows up fast, and the price quoted on the phone is the price that happens. The full reviews are below, in customers' own words, with their names.

The reviews

What do the reviews actually say?

TODO: insert the eleven recovered 5-star Google reviews (full text + author names, from the WordPress database backup) — each one verified against the live Google profile first, per CLAUDE.md §8. The recovered table is a plugin cache, not the source of record. Until verified, this page ships with no quoted reviews and no Review schema. Tracked in docs/unverified-claims.md, item 9.

Patterns

What shows up in review after review?

Three patterns, before any single quote: response times specific enough to check —

Answered on the second ring, on a Saturday— reported by a customer, Google review

On site within 30 minutes— reported by a customer, Google review

Main line cleared within an hour of the call— reported by a customer, Google review

— customers who got a price over the phone when other companies refused to name one without a visit, and landlords who came back with their rental properties. Nine of the eleven reviews nameEmmett Mann personally.

Honesty note

Where do these ratings come from?

Reviews on this page are Google reviews, attributed per platform. We don't blend ratings from different platforms into one number — a single averaged star rating across sites is a marketing construction, not a fact.
