The phone picked up on the second ring on a Saturday, a truck out within half an hour, a price given on the call when other companies wouldn't name one — and Emmett, by name, in nine of the eleven.

These guys were the best. Answered my call on a Saturday, showed up promptly, were in and out after completing the job in a professional manner. I won't hesitate to recommend them.

After being quoted crazy prices by others or being told they would have to come out to be able to price it. Emmett came to my rescue fast with a price beforehand and was super friendly and professional. I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends and family. Thanks to him I didn’t have to leave my home until I received a response from others.

Emmet has helped me immensely. I’ve had him work on my personal home and rental properties. He completes his work Often the same day I call and he has always treated me very well. If you have a clog, this is the guy to call!

Emmett is the man I have seen him absolutely destroy the toughest clogs at my personal house, and at my rental properties fantastic prices as well. You can't find a better rooter service. If you see Emergency Rooter Services and you need a miracle worker right now call him now don't wait your problem solver is a call away.

Emmett answers your call on the 2nd ring, even on a Saturday! He came out within 30 minutes and had our sewer main routed within an hour of my call (as I was doing my final mopping up, the 'other guy' finally returned my first call). So, if you have an emergency, you need to have Emmett on your speed dial. I hope I don't ever have this problem again, but it's good to know that Emmett's got my back. 10/10!

Came out for an emergency appt late on a Friday night. Their price was considerably cheaper than every other place we called (several if which refused to take the job). They were friendly and got the problem fixed quickly and effectively.

Emmett is fantastic and takes pride in his trade! Joe was great also! I gave Emmett a call after the "name brand" rooter service said they couldn't get me in until Monday!? This was Saturday evening around 6:00pm. Obviously 24/7 service isn't so much if you can't see me for 48 hours or so.
Emmett picked up the phone within 2-3 rings, was no-bull down to earth, and said he'd be out in 30-40 minutes after picking up someone for assistance. He showed up exactly when he said, and before digging in, asked those little important things like "show me your basement first". Seeing I had a very inaccessible drain line for the kitchen sink, he started with the least invasive and worked his way up. Needless to say, Emmett and Joe were able to clear through about 10ft or more of sludge buildup and get our drain working again.
To top it all off, most know that weekend (and evening to boot) plumbing work tends to be ridiculously expensive. I would argue that his rate was no more than 10-15% of a normal premium. Even after a generous tip, we were still a couple hundred ahead of the game.
If you want old school, down to earth, hardworking pride in a trade service, give Emmett and his team a call. They've earned a spot in my service contact list.

Wow. Emmett provides such a fantastic service -- timely, professional, friendly, and reasonably priced! Tried calling four other plumbers for emergency service on a Sunday and Emmett was the only one to call back. He understood what the problem was almost as soon as he walked in the door and he and his friendly and hardworking assistant Joe got right to work and had me back in service in less than an hour. Thanks guys!

Great customer service Emmet was very knowledgeable and pricing was excellent we had to call them at 8pm on a friday because my husband tried to play plumber and got a 75 ft snake stuck in our septic this could have cost us a fortune but thanks to emergency rooter services we were able to avoid that they also took the time to make sure the clog was fixed before leaving we will definitely use emergency rooter services for our future plumbing issues
