What should you do before the truck arrives?
- Stop running water anywhere in the house — every fixture drains to the same place.
- Don't flush, even upstairs. If the main is blocked, it comes up at the lowest drain.
- Keep people and pets away from standing sewage. Don't try to mop it into the drain.
- If you know where your cleanout is, clear a path to it — it saves time on arrival.

We clear drains and sewer lines — that's the emergency we're built for. Burst supply pipes, failed water heaters, and gas smells are a different trade: shut off the water at the main (or call your gas utility) and get a general plumber. If you call us with one of those, we'll tell you on the phone instead of billing you a trip to say it in person.
