Who is Emmett Mann?
The owner, and the name customers use in their reviews — nine of the company's recovered Google reviews mention him personally. Based at 2679 Fairway Drive, East York, PA 17402. Customers repeatedly describe the same two behaviors: he answers the phone himself, at hours where competitors' calls go to voicemail, and he'll give you a price range on that call instead of insisting on a visit first.
TODO: years in the trade — awaiting one confirmed number from the client ("20+" vs "40" conflict, §4). Do not publish either figure.

The specialty
Why drains and sewers only?
Because the emergency call at 2am is almost never "replace my water heater" — it's water where it shouldn't be. Specializing means the truck carries the right machines for exactly that, the pricing is simple enough to publish, and there's no incentive to upsell you a bathroom remodel while your basement drain is backing up. What we don't do (water heaters, faucets, gas, remodels) is on every service page, on purpose.
